Right At School is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to foster student success and program excellence. You will partner with curriculum, compliance, and field leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment and support instructional staff with individualized and small-group instruction, including accommodations for IEPs/504/ELL plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Three+ years in youth development or after-school programs.
- Experience with assessments and improvement actions.
- Knowledge of CA ELOP/ASES licensing guidelines desirable.
- Ability to drive to schools and pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Model and mentor instructional staff and program teams.
- Support instructional staff with individualized/small-group instruction.
- Ensure adherence to safety, licensing, and district guidelines.
- Collaborate with Area Manager and Impact Team on inclusion practices.
- Collect student progress data and provide feedback to managers.
