Job summary

Kendall Hunt Publishing is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative in Dubuque, IA. You will support educators, administrators, bookstores, and students via phone, email, chat, and ticket systems, helping with product inquiries, account setup, and orders.

You will collaborate with accounting, sales, technical support, IT, inventory, production, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate information and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous customer service, order processing, or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and ticket systems.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, account setup, website registration, ordering, quotes, and order-related questions.
• Process a variety of customer order types accurately and efficiently.
• Research questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Route specialized inquiries to appropriate internal teams when needed.
• Stay current on products, procedures, and best practices.
