Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to help students overcome communication challenges within schools. You’ll conduct evaluations, communicate findings to families and district staff, and develop targeted interventions.

You may deliver therapy or supervise assistants to implement IEP goals, monitor progress, and participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students’ needs for therapy services.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel with clear communication.
• Collaborate with the ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based interventions for student success.
• Deliver therapy services or supervise SLP Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for students’ programs.
