Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas to support students’ communication needs within educational settings. You will evaluate cases, share findings with families and district staff, and develop targeted interventions in collaboration with the ARD team.

You will deliver therapy directly or supervise assistants, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs: conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs for therapy services.
• Communicate findings: share evaluation results with parents and district personnel with clear communication.
• Develop interventions: collaborate with the ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based interventions.
• Provide therapy: deliver therapy services or supervise assistants implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress: maintain detailed records and use data to adjust interventions.
• Support team: participate in ARD meetings and conferences to advocate for students.
