Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management or educational activity development experience.
• Experience coordinating with diverse teams and external partners.
• Proven track record managing large national meetings.
• Experience delivering online education via an LMS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Budgeting and expense monitoring experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards (ACCME, ANCC).
• Familiarity with adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with product or grant manager to intake activity requirements and provide implementation status updates.
• Lead the team of staff and vendors implementing educational activities using proven project management strategies.
• Develop and manage activity timelines, ensuring milestones are reached according to schedule.
• Schedule and facilitate internal team and faculty meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across divisions to ensure activity goals.
• Develop learning objectives, outcomes, and activity agendas.
• Ensure accreditation requirements and faculty documentation are maintained.
• Oversee materials development and distribution to learners.
• Monitor financial status and advise on revenue/expense optimization.
• Provide onsite leadership for faculty and staff during activities.
