Job summary

The University of Arizona's Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (AWCIM) is seeking an Educational Programs Coordinator to provide direct support to the Education Team. The role involves coordinating student applications, scheduling, travel, and communications for fellowship and medical student education.

You will support directors, faculty, and contractors, manage multiple calendars, and assist with curriculum and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Preferred experience with healthcare or higher education administration; experience using UAccess administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Support education and student interactions for fellowship and medical student education (virtual/live).
• Manage student applications/registrations in multiple systems.
• Respond to inquiries and determine appropriate action; serve as a policy resource.
• Assist with fellowship/medical student curriculum organization and scheduling.
• Coordinate travel, agendas, evaluations, and communications for education activities.
• Maintain calendars, prepare documents, and assist with marketing and AV support.
