Job summary

University of Arizona, Tucson, seeks a Program Coordinator, Lead for Immunobiology to support student success and program development across IMB graduate programs, manage student plans, and assist the Graduate Studies committee.

The role entails student advising, admissions, scheduling, and coordination with Educational Leader and Director, with a focus on program growth and compliance with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with advising practices and principles is preferred.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IMB graduate programs, working with Educational Leader and Director.
• Serve as primary contact for graduate admission and recruitment.
• Develop promotional materials and program websites in collaboration with leadership.
• Facilitate external awards and scholarships.
• Plan graduate program events and orientations.
• Assist with GradPath forms for certificates, masters, and PhD students.
• Coordinate curriculum updates and new program proposals with faculty.
