Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) in Bethesda, MD seeks an Educational Administrative Specialist II to perform a broad range of administrative and educational duties in support of the SOM and the Molecules to Military Medicine curriculum.

• Assosiate's degree or equivalent; 3–5 years of administrative/educational support experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to pre- and post-clerkship directors and curriculum components.
• Coordinate calendars, room reservations, and Canvas materials across the curriculum.
• Manage data entry, reporting, and distribution of course materials and communications.
• Support exams development and faculty/student communications; assist with committees and conferences.
