Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks an Education Technician to support the Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist program and assist with data and records management for the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.

This role includes data entry, travel coordination, and maintaining project documentation. Based in Bethesda and supporting the Uniformed Services University Graduate School of Nursing, the position requires strong communication,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, schedule rooms, and maintain minutes.
• Update education curriculum including slide decks and lesson plans.
• Assist with Defense Travel System training and official travel.
• Records management: establish, maintain, and destroy records per DoD policy.
• Input and manage data records; routine data entry and cleansing.
• Develop data visualization assets: pivot tables, charts, dashboards.
