is seeking an Educational Administrative Specialist II to handle administrative and educational duties in support of the Molecules to Military Medicine curriculum at USU Bethesda, MD. You will provide direct support to module directors, coordinate activities across the four-year program, and manage course materials, calendars, and data reporting using Canvas, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience required.
• Ability to work independently and in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exemplary oral and written communication to prepare reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct administrative support to pre- and post-clerkship Module Directors and supports curriculum coordination.
• Delivers comprehensive support to seven module director pairs and post-clerkship directors.
• Manages daily activities for 520 medical students and 250 faculty; updates curricular materials on Canvas.
• Schedules rooms, handles inquiries across channels, maintains calendars and placements.
• Tracks quizzes/assignments and compiles periodic survey data.
