The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks an Education Coordinator I to support the CDP in Bethesda, MD. The role covers a broad range of administrative tasks, including reports, scheduling, and CE documentation for training events.

The incumbent will assist with communication across diverse stakeholders, ensure CE credits, and help manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with background requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Office, Adobe, Salesforce and Google Suite.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing training events.
• Prepare documentation for continuing education certifications for training events.
• Provide technical support to training event attendees.
• Ensure CE credits documentation is met after training events.
• Provide customer service to training attendees, faculty and others, including correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reporting data for quarterly and annual reports.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
