Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) seeks an Education Coordinator I - MPS/CDP to support the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences' Consortium for Defense Psychology in Bethesda, MD.

The Education Coordinator I will assist with training activities and provide administrative support under supervision. Responsibilities include preparing reports, scheduling events, producing documents, and ensuring continuing education requirements

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation, spelling is required.
• Excellent communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate skills in several software packages including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Zoom.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing training events.
• Prepare documentation for continuing education certification for training events.
• Provide technical support to training event attendees.
• Ensure CE credits are met for attendees and prepare CE certifications.
• Provide customer service to training attendees, faculty, and others regarding events.
• Assist in preparing and providing reporting data for quarterly and annual reports.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
