Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Business required.
• 5+ years in Project Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Experience with continuing education standards and ICT a plus.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of educational programming for conferences.
• Coordinate speaker training, content review, and accreditation alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance attendee experiences.
• Manage post-event analysis, reports, and performance metrics.
• Oversee speaker readiness, scheduling, and AV needs.
• Support exhibitor and sponsorship activities related to education programs.
