Reid Health is seeking an Educational Pathways Coordinator to support workforce development and educational partnerships. The role coordinates student placements, manages data, and communicates with schools and mentors to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

The grant-funded position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and collaborative problem-solving. Responsibilities include coordinating work-based learning, maintaining records, generating reports, and supporting outreach

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to collect, manage, analyze, and report program data.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred in Education, Workforce Development, or related field.

Responsabilités

• 50% Work-Based Learning Coordination, Educational Partnerships, and Community Outreach: coordinate and administer work-based learning experiences for students and manage placements.
• 40% Program Administration, Data Management, Reporting, and Placement Support: manage applications, tracking, databases, and reporting.
• 10% Other Duties: support workforce development initiatives and special projects as assigned.
