Job summary

Grant Associates is seeking a Career Services Coordinator to support the Pathways for Access to Careers and Employment (PACE) program. You will provide individualized workforce development services, conduct assessments, deliver career coaching, and connect clients to opportunities through collaboration with internal teams and community partners.

You will manage a caseload, maintain documentation, and strive to meet monthly performance benchmarks in a results‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in workforce development or a related field.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including barriers to employment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to accurately enter data, track outcomes, and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and comprehensive assessments to identify employment, education, training, and supportive service needs.
• Develop and manage individualized career plans through one‑on‑one coaching and mentorship.
• Review resumes, assess job readiness and eligibility, and facilitate career development workshops.
• Refer clients to vocational training and recruitment events; collaborate with Account Managers and Community Partners to support placement.
• Manage an active caseload, coordinate schedules for assessments and trainings, and meet monthly KPIs.
