Job summary

Gateway Community & Technical College is seeking a Pathways Program Coordinator - Health Professions AHEC to expand healthcare career pathways for students across NKY and statewide partners.

The coordinator will collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to plan health career programs, coordinate events, and support recruitment and didactic activities within the AHEC framework, while maintaining program data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2–4 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead health career pathway programs and collaborations with partners.
• Plan and implement health career programming and after-school activities.
• Coordinate mock interviews, Boot Camp, and shadowing experiences.
• Provide information on student services and employment preparation.
• Support recruitment and development of health career programs.
• Enter program data into Salesforce and prepare evaluation reports.
• Participate in meetings and coordinate resources for events.
• Collaborate with AHEC offices and partner institutions.
