NorthEast Provider Solutions Inc. seeks an Education and Outreach Specialist to support recruitment and Workforce Development, coordinating day-to-day operations and partnering with HR to strengthen community connections.

The role includes coordinating outreach events, building relationships with schools and organizations, expanding programs, and developing sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, and internal referrals to secure strong candidates for future openings.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach activities, events and collaborations with schools, community centers and organizations.
• Identify, coordinate and schedule events to support internship programs.
• Support HR in establishing partnerships with schools and communities.
• Research recruitment opportunities and maintain relationships with program directors at schools and universities.
• Expand outreach programs and assist with special projects related to workforce development and recruitment.
• Promote relationships with educational institutions, associations, programs, hospitals, and other healthcare centers.
• Develop sourcing strategies including marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and database management.
