Job summary

Carter Hears! in Concord, NC is seeking an Educational Interpreter for the 2026-2027 school year to support Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. This role focuses on accurate, developmentally appropriate classroom interpretation and helping students stay engaged in lessons.

You will collaborate with teachers, monitor understanding, and assist with hearing technology as needed in a supportive, growth‑minded educational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in educational interpreting.
• EIPA 3.5+ (REQUIRED) or NIC preferred.
