Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to identify students' needs and advocate for the resources that enable success, in a mission-driven team dedicated to education.

With a Master's in Special Education and at least one year of experience, you will conduct psycho-educational assessments and communicate findings to parents and district staff, while developing evidence-based interventions and contributing to ARD meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility and need for specialized services.
• Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff, providing clear communication.
• Collaborate with teams to create evidence-based interventions enhancing student performance and access to education.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions to ensure programs meet students' needs.
