Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking an Educational Diagnostician in Texas to identify students' needs and advocate for appropriate services. You will conduct psycho-educational evaluations and collaborate with families and district staff to ensure access to education.

You will review findings with parents, develop evidence-based interventions, and participate in ARD meetings and related discussions to support student success. Flexible full-time, part-time, or as-needed roles available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• Current Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
• Review findings with parents and district staff and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate to develop evidence-based interventions to improve student performance and access to education.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions to ensure programs meet student needs.
