Job summary

Corvallis High School is seeking an Educational Assistant 3 for the 2026/2027 school year to support student learning under licensed staff. The role is 7.5 hours per day, Monday–Friday, with a limited-term contract. Start date is ASAP, with earliest review on Oct 21, 2026. Benefits are provided as part of the district package.

Responsibilities include assisting in small group and one-on-one instruction, preparing materials, and helping manage behavior according to district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or 72 credits/48 credits with assessment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to organize information and support instructional goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in small group and 1:1 instruction to support learning.
• Prepare instructional materials and visual aids.
• Manage student behavior per district policy.
• Assist in training volunteers and staff as needed.
• Maintain records and assist with timely documentation.
