Job summary

Gallup is seeking an associate consultant in our education division, with the role starting in June 2027. You will work on K-12 and higher education client projects, building trusted advisory relationships and turning complex education challenges into positive results.

You will partner with senior advisers to organize change management programs, uncover data-driven insights, and combine human and AI to guide leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by May 2027 required
• Availability to start working full time in June 2027 required
• At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required
• Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Washington, D.C., office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Organize and orchestrate detailed change management programs and high-quality deliverables
• Decipher education leaders' greatest needs
• Identify data-driven insights about your client school systems and institutions
• Combine human and artificial intelligence to turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders
• Influence leaders and teams to align and act by building deep client relationships
• Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions
• Position and design sustainable solutions for ongoing growth and business impact
