Job summary

Gallup's government division is seeking an associate consultant to grow advisory relationships and improve workplace outcomes across federal, state and local agencies. You will help leaders transform culture and performance using CliftonStrengths and data-driven insights.

You will learn quickly, receive mentoring from seasoned Gallup consultants, and contribute to real client work from day one as you build a foundation for long-term leadership and impact at Gallup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by May 2027 required.
• Availability to start full-time in June 2027 required.
• At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in education, volunteer activities or professional work.

• Build deep client relationships with government leaders and teams.
• Decipher federal, state and local government agencies' workplace needs.
• Transform government agencies using CliftonStrengths to maximize performance.
• Identify data-driven insights about client organizations.
• Combine human and AI insights to actionable leadership steps.

• Organize change management programs and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions.
