Job summary

Gallup is seeking an Associate Consultant to build trusted advisory relationships and turn complex business challenges into positive results. You will work on real client engagements from the start, receive mentoring, and collaborate with experienced Gallup consultants to lay a strong foundation for a leadership career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by May 2027 required.
• Availability to start full-time in June 2027 required.
• At least one year of experience in project management, client management or related areas required.
• Demonstrated leadership in education, volunteer activities or professional work required.
• On-site commitment at Gallup’s Washington, D.C. office Monday–Thursday; remote Friday.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in Gallup’s offerings and services.
• Use consulting frameworks to uncover client needs.
• Combine human and AI to turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders.
• Influence leaders and teams by building deep client relationships.
• Manage detailed change initiatives and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions.
• Learn to design lasting workplace solutions that foster growth and impact.
