Job summary

Gallup is seeking an Associate Consultant to help shape world-class workplaces. Based in Washington, DC, you will build trusted advisory relationships that translate complex challenges into measurable outcomes and contribute to client work from day one.

You’ll learn Gallup’s offerings, collaborate with senior consultants, and gain mentorship to advance toward leadership. Availability to start full-time in June 2027 with some on-site requirements and remote Fridays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have project management or client management experience.
• Experience leading initiatives or fundraising or recruitment in school, volunteering, internships or work.
• Demonstrated leadership in education, volunteer activities or professional work.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in Gallup’s offerings and services.
• Use consulting frameworks to uncover client needs.
• Combine human and AI to turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders.
• Influence leaders and teams by building deep client relationships.
