Job summary

Gallup in Omaha is seeking an Associate Consultant for K-12 schools and higher education. You will build trusted advisory relationships, transforming education systems and turning challenges into positive results. The role involves developing expertise in workplace dynamics and leading change for leaders, faculty, staff and students.

You will gain mentoring and collaborate with seasoned Gallup consultants, laying a strong foundation for long-term career advancement as a Gallup leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required by May 2027.
• Availability to start full-time in June 2027.
• At least 1 year of experience in PM, client management, business development, fundraising or related activities.
• Demonstrated leadership in education or volunteer/professional work.
• On-site work at Gallup's Omaha office Monday-Thursday; remote Friday.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Organize and orchestrate change management programs and high-quality deliverables.
• Decipher education leaders' needs and identify data-driven insights.
• Leverage human and AI insights to translate data into actionable steps for leaders.
• Influence leaders to align and act by building client relationships.
• Collaborate to develop, present, and facilitate executive sessions.
• Design sustainable solutions for ongoing growth and business impact.
