Gallup is seeking an Associate Consultant in Washington, DC to support K-12 and higher education clients, transforming education systems through advisory work and data-driven insights.

You’ll join a learning-focused, mentorship-rich environment, partnering with senior advisers, and contributing to real client work from day one in a full-time role starting June 2027. The position requires on-site presence Monday–Thursday with optional remote Fridays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree by May 2027 required.
  • Availability to start full time in June 2027 required.
  • At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in education contexts required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required.
  • Commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Washington, D.C. office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
