Job summary

MyndBridge is seeking an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Lead to independently drive revenue growth. You will own the institutional pipeline from prospecting to signed agreements, working directly with the CEO and a marketing team to convert interest into contracts.

You will close complex, long-cycle deals with school districts, employers, and government partners, navigating RFPs and procurement processes while building renewals and expansions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing complex, relationship-based, long‑cycle deals.
• Comfort selling to institutions and navigating procurement, RFPs, and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; credible with senior decision‑makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the institutional pipeline end to end: find buyers, build relationships, close contracts.
• Build and maintain procurement-ready proposals for schools and employers.
• Manage the CRM and forecasted pipeline; coordinate with marketing, programs, operations, and finance.
• Hit quarterly targets for signed contracts and revenue.
