Job summary

My Money Matters is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to build a new revenue line by forming partnerships with employers, HR, payroll, and benefits professionals. You will own strategy, partner mix, commercial models, and the numbers, driving revenue while upholding trust and positive employee outcomes.

You will engage with brands and fintechs, negotiate terms, and manage a pipeline that scales from launch to ongoing revenue generation across regulated financial products and Consumer Duty

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and growing partnerships or affiliate revenue lines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to launch new revenue lines from scratch.
• Strong dealmaking skills with senior commercial teams.
• Commercially sharp with pricing and unit economics knowledge.
• Data-driven with ability to use conversion and revenue data.
• Experience in regulated financial products and Consumer Duty.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the partnerships strategy and revenue plan.
• Decide product categories to launch first based on need and revenue.
• Own the partnerships P&L, forecast and targets.
• Build a pipeline of partners and close deals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and marketing commitments.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue with Sales.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and consumer trust.
