Job summary

MyndBridge in New York is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Lead (independent contractor) to own the institutional pipeline end to end. You will build trusted relationships with schools, districts, employers, and government partners, and close contracts that fund our mission.

You will work directly with the CEO and alongside a marketing team to turn interest into signed partnerships, renewals, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Track record closing complex, relationship-based, longer-cycle deals.
• Comfort selling to institutions and navigating procurement processes.
• Self-directed and able to build from scratch in a lean environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the institutional pipeline end to end: find buyers, build trusted relationships, and close contracts.
• Run structured outreach to fill the pipeline with qualified discovery conversations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to signed agreements for schools and employers.
• Own CRM, renewals, and account expansions; coordinate with marketing, programs, operations, compliance, and finance.
