Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• A+ or Apple Technician certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff and students in using district technology.
• Manage building help desk requests and support district technologies.
• Identify, research and resolve tech problems; escalate as needed.
• Maintain an inventory list of technology equipment.
• Install and maintain technology as directed by the district tech department.
• Assist with quoting and ordering tech supplies.
• Provide training and documentation on current tech tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or principal.
