Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Targeted, job related education with study in job-related area.
• Valid Driver’s License; Manufacturer-Specific Device Certification Training
• Experience: any combination of experience and training which provides the applicant with knowledge, skills, and ability required to perform the work.
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: troubleshoot network connectivity and communicate effectively with educators, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinates resolution.
• Assists with asset management and monitoring of technology devices and equipment.
• Collaborates with vendors to support digital signage and classroom technology solutions.
• Develops and implements support strategies, policies, and best practices for technology operations.
• Completes manufacturer-specific device certification training within six months of employment.
• Maintains routine hardware inspections and preventative maintenance of classroom technology.
• Diagnoses, deploys, reconfigures, and resolves hardware and software issues for instructional and end-user devices.
• Monitors system performance and support metrics to improve reliability.
