Job summary

CDW Education is seeking a curious Support Consultant to provide Tier 1 technical support for Google Workspace for Education across email, Google Meet, and phone. You will triage tickets, research, test, and report on related technologies, escalating complex issues when needed while supporting school IT admins.

You’ll use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, stay current on product updates, and maintain required certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of technology administration experience.
Email management including authentication, phishing safety, mail routing.
Chrome OS device management and security basics.
Excellent oral communication with customers and colleagues.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 technical support for Google Workspace for Education via email, Meet, and phone.
Triage and manage incoming support tickets with timely first contact and SLAs.
Troubleshoot, research, test, and report on Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and related tech.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 and assist escalated issues as needed.
Train and advise school IT admins on Google Workspace Admin Console, GAM, and CDW Education SaaS tools.
Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain and create internal and customer-facing documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
Collaborate with the Delivery Department and other teams on cross-functional initiatives.
