Job summary

Kelly Education is seeking a dedicated Recruiter in Charlotte, NC to design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies that meet fulfillment goals. You will guide candidates through the entire process, partner with school districts, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally to events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve fulfillment expectations.
• Act as Kelly brand ambassador through development of relationships with clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers.
• Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area.
• Attending scheduled job fairs and recruiting events.
