Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Education Recruiter to design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to fulfill staffing needs across our client networks. You will handle full cycle recruiting, onboarding, and client relationships while promoting Kelly's brand at events and school partnerships.

The role requires 1+ years in recruiting or HR, strong communication, customer service focus, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused.
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid United States Driver's License in good standing is required.
• Ability to travel up to 30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events.

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
