Job summary

Kelly Education is seeking a dedicated Recruiter in Charlotte, NC to design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies that meet fulfillment goals. You will guide candidates through the entire process, partner with school districts, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This role requires strong communication, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to travel locally up to 50%. You will attend job fairs, build relationships with community organizations, and serve as a Kelly brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally to events.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
