Grafton Integrated Health Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the Children’s Services program at the Richmond/Midlothian campus. The role involves assisting the Academic Teacher, delivering instructional activities, and supporting client growth and stability.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with opportunities for shift differentials and ongoing training in CPR and crisis management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree with 3 months' experience with children or high school diploma/GED with 6 months' experience with children.
• Must be 19 years of age and able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrates basic computer skills and ability to navigate the web and word processing.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, support client care and program plans as prescribed by the treatment team.
• Assist Academic Teacher with instructional activities and progress data collection.
• Provide transportation between residence and school and support safety and crisis management.
• Document client behavior accurately and participate in program activities.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Human Services

Associate's degree and 3 months experience with children

High school diploma or GED
