Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; at least 5 years of related experience.
• Completed degree(s) above minimum may substitute for experience.
• Associate degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organization, and implementation of Upward Bound year and summer programs.
• Develop promotional materials, newsletters, and brochures for the program.
• Maintain records and databases on student activities and alumni tracking.
• Oversee participant applications and communicate with participants, parents, counselors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor program fiscal services, including purchases and stipends, and coordinate events.
