Job summary

Tarrant County College seeks a Coordinator of TRIO, Upward Bound to lead program activities for a college-prep grant at South Campus. You will coordinate services, track student progress, and support enrollment in postsecondary programs.

The role reports to the Director of TRIO programs, requires collaboration with multiple campus units, strong organizational skills, and grant-management experience. This is a grant-funded position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for entry into position.
• Minimum three years' experience with diverse backgrounds, including low-income or first-generation students.
• One year of program coordination/management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TRIO Upward Bound activities and services for the grant program.
• Engage in recruitment, placement, and tracking of student progress in postsecondary plans.
• Maintain grant compliance, prepare reports, and supervise staff involved in program delivery.
• Work with the Director of TRIO programs and campus partners to implement activities.
