Job summary

Google is seeking a Product and Business Strategy Leader to unite teams across functions to help products execute optimally, spanning strategy, operations, and communications. The Education-focused team aims to transform learning at scale by leveraging Google tools worldwide.

You will partner with senior leadership to translate high-level outlook into operational reality and drive cross-portfolio initiatives that impact learning globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational aptitude to ensure flawless execution of the highest-priority goals.
• Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting that tie back to strategic goals, and post-implementation impact analysis.
• Lead OKR scoring to ensure we are making progress against our ambitious goals, identifying areas of softness where we should double down. Support annual planning activities for the Edu portfolio.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders on critical strategic initiatives.
