Job summary

Google Education seeks a Product Strategy and Operations Analyst to help translate high‑level strategy into operational reality. You will work across Google Education to shape cross‑functional plans, run planning cadences, and deliver high‑impact initiatives that improve products for students and educators worldwide.

In this role you will leverage data to uncover insights, influence change management, and partner with senior leaders to drive execution across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to strategic goals, and post‑implementation impact analysis.
• Drive end‑to‑end operational aptitude to ensure flawless execution of the highest‑priority goals.
• Support annual planning activities for the Edu portfolio.
• Contribute on strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross‑functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
