Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Education Strategy & Content Development – Spine & Sports in Raynham, MA. Lead education strategy, create scalable, clinically relevant learning programs, and collaborate with Commercial Education, Professional Education, Marketing, and KOLs.

You will drive global learning initiatives for Spine & Sports platforms, align assets to regulatory requirements, and ensure consistency across regions while supporting adoption of current technologies.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: MBA or M.Ed in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in progressive orthopedic commercial roles.
• Experience in Spine/Sports, Surgical Navigation or Robotic-Assisted Surgery.
• Proficiency with instructional design software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into education programs.
• Develop educational content across online courses, video assets, and hands-on training.
• Design curricula for robotics and enabling technology platforms.
• Collaborate to ensure global consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Strategize use of Johnson & Johnson learning platforms for global access.
• Work with KOLs and Education partners to elevate content.
• Manage external vendors to align with timelines and budgets.
• Maintain current, compliant assets and copy.
• Facilitate a searchable asset library for global access.
