What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and sustain a $10M+ pipeline by pinpointing and qualifying promising districts, engaging key decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through established sales stages.
  • Present customized proposals and maneuver through procurement processes to secure six and seven-figure contracts.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to thoroughly comprehend district challenges and objectives, then design persuasive solutions that achieve measurable results.
  • Oversee all facets of intricate sales cycles from prospecting to closing, with full responsibility for territory strategy and outcomes.
  • Utilize your existing connections and networks within public school districts to expedite adoption.

Education Solutions Consultant Key Responsibilities

Champion the adoption of our innovative learning solution in public school districts, securing long-term partnerships that revolutionize educational outcomes on a large scale.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing $100K+ deals.
  • Established network of relationships with district decision-makers in Texas or California.
  • Proven ability to navigate public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs.
  • A history of maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently meeting revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated success in operating independently and managing the complete sales cycle.
  • Skilled in using CRM tools and sales technology stacks.
  • Must reside in or within 2 hours of Texas or California.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%).
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
