Our stealth-mode startup is revolutionizing K-12 education with personalized learning solutions that deliver exceptional results. As we expand into public school districts, we seek sales leaders with strong connections to district decision-makers and expertise in navigating procurement processes. You will have full control of your territory, supported by data demonstrating how our platform helps students succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a $10M+ sales pipeline by identifying high-potential districts, engaging decision-makers, and progressing opportunities through sales stages
  • Present tailored proposals and guide procurement to secure lucrative contracts
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand district challenges and craft measurable solutions
  • Manage all aspects of complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with territory ownership
  • Leverage existing relationships within public school districts to accelerate adoption
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Following rigid scripts—enjoy the freedom to craft your strategy
  • Selling non-essential products—focus on transformative solutions with tangible impact
  • Getting bogged down in bureaucracy—our startup is results-driven and nimble
  • Micromanaging daily tasks—you'll own your outcomes
Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing $100K+ deals
  • Strong network of district decision-makers in Texas or California
  • Proven ability to navigate public school procurement, including RFPs/RFIs
  • Experience maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets
  • Ability to operate independently through the entire sales process
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales technology tools
  • Reside within 2 hours of TX or CA
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) within the region
  • Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
