As we expand into public school districts, we seek exceptional sales leaders with strong connections to district decision-makers and expertise in navigating procurement processes. You will have full control of your territory, supported by data showing how our AI-driven platform helps students catch up and excel—making it an ideal solution for districts aiming to improve student success.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and manage a $10M+ sales pipeline by identifying high-potential districts, engaging decision-makers, and progressing opportunities through sales stages
  • Present tailored proposals and guide procurement to secure lucrative contracts
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand district challenges and craft solutions with measurable results
  • Manage all aspects of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, owning territory strategy and outcomes
  • Leverage existing relationships within public school districts to expedite adoption

Key Responsibilities

Champion the adoption of our innovative learning platform in public school districts, building long-term partnerships that significantly improve educational outcomes at scale.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing deals over $100K
  • Strong network with district decision-makers in Texas or California
  • Experience navigating public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs
  • Proven track record managing a $10M+ sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets
  • Ability to operate independently and handle the full sales cycle
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technology
  • Reside within or within 2 hours of Texas or California
  • Willing to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%)
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
