Job summary

Emeritus is seeking an Inside Sales professional to build and manage the lead pipeline for leadership development programs targeting senior executives across India and the APAC region.

You will provide in-depth program information via video calls, phone, and email, and ensure real-time CRM updates of lead discussions. The role requires working across multiple shifts and a proactive, customer‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2C sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Salesforce.
• Ability to work in shifts across India/APAC

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the lead pipeline of education programs for senior executives.
• Provide in-depth information to executives via video calls, phone, and email.
• Update CRM with lead discussions in real time.
• Guide milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers.
• Develop best practices for customer interactions and FAQs.
• Adhere to inside sales process, tools, and data management.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward the team and organization.
