Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Solutions & Services Specialist SW to join our Education team. This fully remote role targets K-12 districts, colleges, and universities across the US and Canada, expanding Lenovo's software solutions and IT services footprint.

You will engage decision-makers, collaborate with hardware and services sales teams, demonstrate Lenovo education software, and guide customers through the buying process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, customer-facing software sales experience with a primary focus on selling solutions into K-12, colleges, or universities in the US and/or Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent professional work experience

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Opportunity Management across US/Canada education accounts
• Collaborate with Lenovo hardware and services teams to upsell software solutions
• Develop and demonstrate Lenovo education software solutions to district leadership
• Identify opportunities to attach professional services and managed services to software packages
• Maintain CRM data and forecast revenue
• Travel up to 20% for campus and district visits
