Job summary

Gopher Sport in Edina, MN is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales through inbound and outbound inquiries, deliver product solutions for physical education and activity programs, and close proposals. This full-time, in-person role requires building product knowledge and guiding customers to best solutions.

You will document activities in CRM, meet sales goals, and participate in training and process improvements.

Qualifications

• College degree in business administration, education, or related field preferred; and/or relevant work experience.
• CRM experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Sales profit goals: Achieve defined sales targets and activities.
• Repeatable sales process and proposals via the sales OS.
• Identify and progress opportunities; document activities in CRM and close sales.
• Process, product, and in-market presentation training: complete assigned training.
• Quality customer interactions: meet sales quality and responsiveness standards.
