Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking an Education Recruiter to build a pipeline for healthcare professionals and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple sourcing channels. You will negotiate offers, keep meticulous records, and support HCP growth within VyTalent Solutions.

You will leverage ATS, job boards, and CRM tools while collaborating with Account Management to align candidate transitions with client needs.

Qualifications

• Must be sales-minded with a proven track record of success in quality, high-volume output.
• College-level course work preferred.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, sales tactics, and HR systems.
• Ability to work independently and with other team members.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and complete work in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with email, ATS, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage HCPs through the full recruitment life cycle.
• Recruit through various sources to include databases, internet, job boards, referrals, ads, social media, and cold calling.
• Review resumes, interview, and screen candidates for professional history, clinical training, education, and skills.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of HCPs to anticipate future needs.
• Sell candidates on open roles including pay package negotiation and requisitions management.
• Maintain effective communication and document all correspondence in the ATS.
• Coordinate transitions for HCPs into client needs with Account Management.

As a VyTalent Solutions Education Recruiter, you are responsible for developing a pipeline of healthcare professionals (HCPs). You are responsible for the growth and relationship building with VyTalent Solutions HCPs to both join VyTalent Solutions as well as continue with VyTalent Solutions. You will establish and build VyTalent Solutions’ reputation and brand through the market while recruiting and supporting HCPs using the company core values of customer service, respect, ethical behavior, accountability, teamwork, and excellence. Achieve individual performance goals by operating the VyTalent Solutions way and exceeding minimum activity standards.

General Duties and Responsibilities of the Core Recruiter

• Manage HCPs through the full recruitment life cycle
• Recruit through various sources to include company database, internet, job boards, referrals, advertisements, direct mail, call and email blasts, social media, conventions, and cold calling
• Review resumes, interview, and screen candidates to obtain information relevant to professional work history, clinical training, education, and skillset
• Build and maintain a pipeline of HCPs to help support and anticipate future needs
• Responsible for selling candidates on open roles; to include pay package negotiation, management of all open job requisitions to ensure proper coverage
• Maintain effective communication and follow up with the team to place/transition candidates
• Maintain effective communication, engagement, and follow up with HCPs and ensure all communication is documented in the applicant tracking system; all correspondence with HCPs must be documented; email, text, face to face meetings, and phone conversations
• Support as needed the management of HCPs in our systems and update their profile information as necessary
• Track KPI Metrics for your role, including total number of applicants, talk time, number of unique submissions for those applicants, number of offers, TOA count, etc.
• Coordinate the seamless transition for HCPs into client needs to Account Management team members; serve as liaison between HCPs and Account Manager
• Communicate with HCPs regarding extensions
• Consistently meet the expectations as outlined within the Recruiter Lifecycle
• Consistently meet VyTalent Solutions’ performance expectations

Requirements

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Talents

• Must be sales minded and possess a proven track record of success in quality, high-volume output
• College level course work preferred
• Knowledge of principals of and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales technology, and sales management systems
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or relevant work experience
• Ability to work independently and with other team members
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and complete work in a timely manner
• Ability to adapt to multiple information technology platforms; email, applicant tracking systems and job boards
