Job summary

The Coordinator I, Honors and International Education at Lone Star College System supports daily operations, coordinates travel logistics, and assists with compliance and administrative processes within Honors and International Education. The role includes cross-functional training and travel as needed.

You will work with faculty and staff to promote program activities, maintain knowledge of policies, and help prepare reports and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent knowledge of general office and software applications.
• Ability to prepare and analyze reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates travel logistics and scheduling for Honors and International Education staff.
• Maintain records and act as a point of contact for internal/external customers.
• assists with research, analysis and prepared reports and presentations.
• Manages document control and reporting processes; supports compliance workflows.
• Coordinates department calendars, meetings, and events, including site preparation and materials.
• Promotes program activities and materials with faculty; implements feedback systems.
• Monitors website content related to travel, events, and operations.
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
